A true farm-stay, gaze upon paddocks, bushland and the sea; or catch a glimpse of our roaming Scottish Highlander Cattle. We would like to welcome you to Oksana's Studio which is a newly renovated space with modern furnishings and fixtures. It opens onto a large and private outdoor living area where you can relax taking in the rural vista while having a BBQ or sitting by the fire after exploring the local beaches and national parks. The property is set in a peaceful, rural landscape with bushland and wildlife to explore. All within a short drive of Jervis Bay and surrounding areas.

Warrain Cottage

A charming little 1971 yellow brick beach front cottage, with private access to Warrain beach from the back, or access to the life saving club from the front (2 houses down the road). And when you're not swimming in the beach, enjoy the large rear balcony overlooking Warrain Beach, where you will be relaxed by the sites and sounds of ocean whilst having a BBQ. It's perfect for a family, couple, or small group of friends. Air conditioning included.

Converted Dairy Fitzroy Falls

The Dairy sits within approximately 9 acres of beautiful ,private gardens on a 29 acre property . The one bedroom cottage is light and bright with a small kitchen, a wood burning fire, reverse cycle airconditioning, ceiling fans and gas heating. There is additional accommodation in the Japanese Studio . NOT suitable for children or pets..20 mins to Bowral and Moss Vale Linen provided. Strictly non smoking property. STRA PID -6648

Falls Cottage, in the rainforest at Jamberoo

Falls Cottage was built by a Jamberoo local in the 1980s and has grown in charm and character with every passing year. We have lovingly restored it with a country cottage kitchen, hand crafted interior finishes, a comfortable mezzanine bedroom and a deck and barbeque area to maximise guests’ enjoyment of the beautiful rainforest surrounds. We now have an EV charging station on the property . Type 2 , up to 22 KW an hr. Costs apply .

The Little House

The Little House is a freestanding 1940’s wooden tiny house in our back garden. It has a private exterior bathroom located at the back of the main house. Our property was featured on the ABC program Escape From The City and is a uniquely cute piece of North Nowra history. The Little House has a private verandah and kitchenette. A complimentary light breakfast is included for short stays. There is also a fire pit.
