If a place was an exhale, this would be it. The space was created with slow & sustainable living in mind, giving you space to breathe & time to truly switch off. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

Laze around pool side or head across to the beach for some dolphin spotting fun and some fishing! Enjoy the magnificent views from every corner of the house or sit outside in the evenings star gazing with the Jetty lights in the background. Make use of canoes, bodyboards, fishing lines, kids xbox and wifi. Your stay will truly be a memorable one!!

EDGE OF THE BAY

This stunning seaside property is the perfect place to relax in comfort to enjoy your adults break-away. All the region's many offerings are within an easy drive away. Otherwise just stay in to enjoy the beach across the road, bring bikes to use the accessible bike path to take leisurely rides to the Jetty & CBD. *Note* 05/11/2025. Please be advised there has been recent noise concerns from nearby rentals. Should this be a concern please reach out at earliest convenience.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.
