Either holiday in Mandurah or business trip, guests will find this place as convenient and relaxing place. This property also has a rear granny flat on the Airbnb, which can be used as additional accommodation. Both are separate and private and has separate parking. The guest might share drive way but has own parking spaces. Sorry, no locals. No unregistered guests. The base price is for two guests

Set in a quiet neighbourhood 10mins walk to the train station and close to Tafe, the Hospital & “The Forum”. 20mins walk to Silver Sands Beach. A 5min drive will get you to the holiday vibe at the renowned Mandurah foreshore offering boating, waterfront parks, cafes, restaurants and bars. Enjoy shared use of the pool in season. Off street parking with access to your accommodation through a secure side gate.
