Our home on a tree filled property is situated directly opposite the beautiful Glenbrook Lagoon, a 20 minute walk to Glenbrook village and train station .The pool, pub, bowlo and restaurants are just a few blocks away . With half acre of lush vegetation and a winding creek running through the property spanned by numerous charming bridges, we are home to a huge variety of wildlife and birds including King Parrots, Rosellas, Lorikeets and bower birds. Nestled on a large bush block in the lower Blue Mountains is this secluded, self-contained studio with lovely views and access to a 9-metre swimming pool. The beauty of the Blue Mountains National Park beckons, with Florabella Pass and other spectacular and often quieter bushwalks starting just at the end of our street. The studio is conveniently located for the cafés and shops of Glenbrook and Springwood, with a local store and a larger supermarket just minutes away.

Warm and cosy in winter, the studio was once a purpose-built kitchen of a house built in 1888. Separate entrance. Garden View private room set within a stone cottage featuring design highlights from our 1890's original sandstone cottage. The room is light, bright and airy and has exquisite views of the adjoining garden. The room features an French antique double bed, TV, coffee/tea making facilities and bathroom with oversized bath/shower. NOTE: Double bed is not suited for over six+ feet tall occupants.
