Relaxing, fully equipped, newly renovated, comfortably appointed, located in the Albany Golf Course. A cycle/walk track at the rear of villa runs from at Middleton beach to Emu point.

The house is a 2 minute walk to the Albany Golf Clubhouse and a 5 minute walk to Dune Brewery - check websites for lunch and dinner menus!

Return home from walking the boardwalk to your apartment which has all you need for the complete beachside getaway.

Each unit sleeps four adults (one queen room, two single beds), with casual bedding available for an additional two (child) guests for an extra charge. Please make sure you book for the correct number of guests both Adults and Children. If we need to send out the caretaker to provide extra linen, charges may apply.
