So sind zum Beispiel die Wände und die Decke des Hühnerhauses aus den über 200 Jahre alten Dielenbrettern des Haupthauses gemacht worden. Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

The apartment is situated in Seelfingen, a small idyllic village, only 9 km away from the Lake Constance. It is an ideal region for a relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. The apartment has 56 m² and is situated on the first floor of a house. The apartment has one room, which is divided in sleeping area containing one double bed, sitting area with sofa and 2 armchairs and a fully equiped kitchen. Die Wohnung hat ca. 40qm Wohnfläche und verfügt über einen separaten Eingang, sowie auch eine Terrasse mit Blick auf den Teich. Überlingen am Bodensee ist in ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der nächstgelegene Badesee Illmensee oder Pfullendorf ist ebenfalls in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen.

Seezeit

Die im Frühjahr 2018 fertiggestellte Ferienwohnung erreichen Sie über einen außenliegenden Holztreppenaufgang. Nun steht einer erholsamen "Seezeit" nichts mehr im Wege. Mit einem Schlafzimmer, offenem Wohn- und Esszimmer, Bad, Küche sowie zwei Balkonen mit toller Seesicht bietet die Ferienwohnung einen optimalen Rückzugsort für einen tollen Urlaub.
