This one bedroom house offers one queen bed and a pull-out sofa to sleep a total of 4 people. The house offers a private boat ramp, docks, and quick access to the gulf. Includes Wifi, 2TVs, washer/drier, fire pit, grill, coffee maker. Enjoy sunsets, nature walks, and fishing from the docks. Clean, Clean, Clean! EVERYTHING is washed after each guest including sheets, towels, All blankets, bed comforters, and even decorative pillow cases. All handles, knobs, remotes and shower are sanitized.

Waterfront Kayak & Prime Fishing/trailer parking

Cozy 2-bed, 1.5-bath 1950s remodeled mobile home right on the water—perfect for kayaking and fishing! Plenty of space to park a trailer. There’s a kayak ramp on-site and Ozello Keys Marina just 50 yards away for easy boat ramp access (our dock is very shallow to park at). Quiet spot, no parties please. We live next door, so say hi if you see us! A few quirks as it is a 1950’s mobile home, but everything works great. Simple, peaceful, and perfect for a nature or fishing getaway. Great Location.

This is a sweet little place to relax with your boat at the back door. Backwater Fins and The Outpost are a stroll away. Peck’s is just five miles down the Trail. Flats fishing, the Gulf and freshwater springs (Homosassa River) are at your beck and call. The Ozello Marina is a block down the street. Screened porch is relaxing and a great place to relax. Price shown on calendar should show total cost per night including fees/taxes. Accepting monthly rentals only Jan, Feb or March.

Upstairs loft and downstairs bedroom both feature king beds, TVs, workspace, and extra sleeping options. Renovated bathroom with large walk-in shower.

The Banyon House 2br 2Ba on Canal + Kayaks

Relax with family and friends at this beautiful property. Enjoy kayaking right from the dock on the property. There is a lovely covered patio where you can enjoy meals cooked in the fully stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms that are both en-suite. For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa in the lounge. We will accommodate Dogs (up to two) but NO CATS... Owner is highly allergic. There is a $75 additional pet fee per stay.
