This is my favourite summer lake in all of the parks, you'll feel as if you are seeing heaven on earth as we drive through the Valley of the Ten Peaks! This experience is about wowing you all day! We'll adapt your day according to wildlife sightings, weather conditions, and traffic flow for better enjoyment. Your adventure will start from the moment we pick you up in Downtown Calgary or Canmore, until we drop you off again at the end of the day! Start the day with a spectacular eight-mile drive to our family ranch at the top of Smith's Mesa on the way to Zion National Park. Make sure to allocate some time to stop at a few lookouts to appreciate the awe-inspiring panoramas and breathtaking views. Upon arrival at the ranch, we will introduce you to our horses and teach you the basics of mounting, dismounting, and riding. You will have the opportunity to have a guide lead you around on your horse while we work together to assess your level of confidence and ability. Once everyone is confident enough to venture out on a trail we will embark on a picturesque journey on the back of a horse for a truly unique and one-of-a-kind experience.

In our time together you'll learn how to make the traditional potato gnocchi dough, and another one (non potato-based) that is less known but just as delicious. You will eat what you make and will be able to take all the recipes home. If you are a party of one, please inquire before booking, as you will enjoy it best with others. First you’ll buckle up—we’ll pick you up in a UTV and start the adventure well before you canyoneer through the canyons. Then you’ll buckle in—once we arrive on the east side of Zion, you’ll learn how to safely rappel these secret slots with a licensed team of guides there to hold your rope (and your hand). With private access to the slots, you’ll get to hike, canyoneer, and rappel the world in between. Bring your camera so you can capture all your Indiana Jones-style adventure. We will teach you how to milk a cow. *At the beginning we allow you time to spend with the animals. Petting, brushing, or just hanging out with them. *Next we take you through what we feed our animals and how we care for them. We can talk about what goes into the cleanliness of the process and getting everything ready. *We will then go through the experience of milking the cow (whether by hand or with the machine, you decide). Allowing you to do as much of the work as you feel comfortable with. *Afterwards we will strain the milk and get it cooled and clean up. *Before you leave we will give you the opportunity to taste any of the products from our farm with the option to purchase milk at a 50% discount. *Congrats! You will have milked a cow!

While visiting the artist's studio, you learn the process of blowing glass, and basic glassblowing techniques including taking a gather, marvering, blow'n-cap, and shaping glass. The workshop is very hands-on, focused on the process instead of the final product. With experienced glass artists, you make 2 to 3 small objects such as a paperweight, ornament/float, and/or drinking glass, to take home. Glassblowing is a team work. We strongly recommend to experience this with another person. If you are solo, you may still book a spot. However, the single booker should expect to finish earlier. Best to wear a cotton top and cotton pants. Open-toed shoes are not allowed. Please bring a pair of sunglasses with you. Be prepared to be hot and sweaty, and to have fun! BYOB if you like. We'll begin with an in-depth tour of our Past Worlds gallery and end with a behind-the-scenes visit inside our Paleo Lab. In the gallery, we will talk about dinosaurs found in Utah (some known exclusively from our own collections) and explore the ecosystems and adaptations that make these animals so fascinating. Inside the Paleo Lab, we will get a sneak peek at the projects that our paleontology volunteers are working on and learn about the techniques used to prepare our most recent discoveries. The tour is for adults and teens 13 years or older. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Maximum number of participants is 10. Admission is complementary with purchase of the experience. Admission fees cannot be deducted from the package price. Tour length is approximately 2 hours or so, depending on group discussions. Face masks are optional and not required.

Whether you are a first time flyer or a long time aerialist, we can give you a behind the scenes peak at how we do it in Vegas! You'll get to work your upper body and core strength, flexibility, coordination, and spins on various aerial apparatuses. We'll demo and assist you with acquiring new tricks in the air. You'll even get to see us perform some excerpts from our pro acts. It's a unique circus experience getting up close and personal with some of cirque's best aerialists for one and half hours! Do something incredibly unique, climb huge trees 100-200 ft tall, including some rare old-growth trees. Explore and learn about unique ecosystem and wildlife of trees. On this unique, adventurous experience you will get a a birds eye view of The Great Salt Lake that puts into perspective the scale and beauty of this top Utah attraction. What would take a full day to see by car, we will squeeze into an action packed 40 minute flight. The GSL is an iconic landmark and you will see views that have been constantly evolving since it’s creation during the Bonneville flood over 14,500 years ago! One of the benefits of visiting the lake by air is we have no negative ecological impact. The sensitive eco-system is able to grow and evolve as if we were never there. You will see many of the animals that call the Great Salt Lake home such as antelope, buffalo, deer, coyote, and even eagles. Upon meeting at the airport I will escort you to our trusty steed, a vintage Cessna Bush-plane straight out of Alaska. The airplane we will be using is one of the greatest tools for exploring the local area and you are guaranteed a flight you will never forget. After a quick safety briefing we will get in the plane, buckle up, and begin our adventure. Half of the flight will be up high with expansive views, and the other half will be "low and slow" where you will feel like we are in a flying car. With four seats there is room for the pilot and three passengers each flight.

Cacao Ceremony, Breathe-work and Drumming Hosted in our beautiful wellness center, Casa de Ritual, located in the Alberta Arts District. Sit in a circle of textile rugs, pillows, and vegan furs, with the air filled with Copal & Frankincense. We are hosting a goat walk on the beach with two or more goats in our herd for individuals and groups. A few hours before our meeting time we prepare and transport our trained goats from our herd all the way down to the beach from our sanctuary to walk alongside you for a unique, once in a lifetime experience. Our goats are very special goats nurtured from birth by Billie and her interns to develop a strong trusting relationship with people. Our goats love people and are very interested in getting to know the people they meet. We will meet at the trail head that leads to a very magical and less frequented beach location. When we meet at the trail head location we will talk for about 10 minutes with tips on goat safety. We will also talk about goat companionship, interspecies communication, and the history of humans and goats plus lots more while we walk the trail to the beach guiding the goats along side us stopping to munch a bit. The path to the beach includes a beautiful landscape and a few flights of stairs so be prepared to walk some stairs. The walk down to the beach takes about 15 minutes. We will spend about 40 minutes on the beach with the goats. This walk may be canceled if there are less than 4 guests booked. So invite friends! Children are welcome to attend with adult supervision. The whole experience will last no longer than 90 minutes.

This pottery experience! The pottery studio is located in San Luis Obispo where we teach classes and offer workshops in sculpting , hand building and paint parties . Each guest will throw on the pottery wheel! You will make two pieces. A cup, and a bowl. It takes clay a week to dry and go through the first fire , then glaze and fire again. We will glaze your pieces in the colors you choose and ship them to you with an extra fee. I have an Airbnb apartment in SLO and a private pottery studio right outside of the apartment! It's available for rent monthly , this could work well for an artist in residence for someone who wants to really learn more techniques in clay.

This tour combines two of Southern Utah's most popular activities: exploring scenic slot canyons and horseback riding. First we will climb into the saddle at the stables and conduct a brief riding lesson for the inexperienced riders. No need to worry if you are a beginner, we have years of experience and reserve the best trained horses for our guests. Our ride will take us to the mouth of a beautiful slot canyon where we will dismount and walk a short distance into the canyon. This incredible sandstone formation is very narrow with walls towering several hundred feet high on either side. East Zion is the home to world class slot canyons that can be found nowhere else! Following this stop, riders will again get in the saddle and ride back to the starting point. You will be led by a local guide with years of horse riding experience that will also share the rich cowboy history of small town Orderville that continues to live on today. We will be visiting numerous tourist attractions not otherwise accessible to the normal traveler, including the Top of the World, the Flintstone House, and the Sand Dunes! **To drive a machine, you must book at least two people and be 18 years old. If you plan to drive, a credit or debit card will be authorized for $1,500 per machine to cover any possible damages to the machine upon your arrival.

Saddle up for a true Western adventure! Perfect for beginners and pros alike, experience the spectacular scenery of Paradise Valley on this guided horseback trek along the Blue Flower Trail. No worries about directions or navigation; simply follow your guide and you can focus on capturing photos of the striking vistas. Each of our members has a passion for the outdoors, animals, and wildlife. They will entertain you with facts about the ranch and the surrounding area. With the majestic Absaroka Mountains as your backdrop, learn about the land’s original inhabitants, the Crow tribe, and the local ecosystem. Be sure to bring your binoculars – and camera! – as you may have the unique opportunity to view some of Montana’s natural inhabitants, including mule deer, golden eagles, fox, elk, and more! It is the Certified Horsemanship Association’s recommendation that the weight of the rider does not exceed 20% of the weight of the horse. We can accommodate a maximum weight of 220 pounds. We ask that you meet at the Lodge 15 minutes prior to the start of the ride so that you can be given safety instructions. Please wear long pants and closed-toe shoes.
