This 1928 coal miner's home feels a little like going to Grandma's house. It is localed on a quiet street with pretty views from the hill behind the house. Helper's Historic downtown is an approx 1/4 mile walk to the east (down the historic staircase, under the freeway tunnel & over the swinging bridge). The town is filled with character & history. It is a great stay for a small family or a romantic getaway for a couple looking to recharge. Well-behaved pets are welcome for a small fee.

A super cozy mountain yurt with your comfort in mind. We have a lot of yurting experience and we think this yurt has it all. It is remote and high up in the mountains, yet a short drive from civilization. Plus, if you're traveling along Highway 6, it is only a stone's throw away! You can drive to the yurt in non winter months, otherwise, the hike in is ~1.9 miles.

The Miner's Cottages in Historic Helper, Utah were built in 1911 to house miners from 27 different countries. Recent renovations have retained their historical ambiance, combined with newly restored modern conveniences. Beautiful front porch is a perfect place to watch incredible sunsets and meet locals. The kitchen is equipped with high quality cooking gear and the bed, linens, towels are all high quality. Fiber optic high speed WIFI with plenty of speed for streaming.

The 211 Getaway

The Getaway is located just 120 southeast of Salt Lake City. Within walking distance to downtown historic Helper. Meander on the walkway by the river or visit some of the local shops along main street. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
