This home has 2 bedrooms & 1 bath in the main home with a pull out sofa, as well as, a pool house with a full bath & daybed. You will love the southern charm of this home while relaxing by the pool or having morning coffee on the front porch. There are many restaurants & shops w/in walking distance as well as local parks & preserves. If you love the beach, this home is just a short drive to FL's beautiful beaches.

The studio faces East, great for watching the sun rise . Watch birds leave their nesting island flying to Emerson Point Nature Reserve Park, 1 mile from our house. The park is ideal for walking, biking, hiking, bird watching, and viewing the sun set in the evening. There's an observation tower for seeing the Sunshine Skyway Bridge which is inTampa Bay.

Our place is now for longer-term guests, 30 nights or more. It's a 2nd floor 1-bedroom apartment in a renovated 1920 home. It has a private entrance and is close to downtown, restaurants, golfing, beaches, shopping, art & culture, & two airports: Tampa (TPA), 45 mins. & Sarasota (SRQ), 20 mins. You’ll love our place because of the coziness, original oak floors, high ceilings, and location. This apartment is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets).

Come stay in our "Pineapple Suite" where you'll enjoy our cozy, private suite within our family home. In your suite, you'll have your own bedroom, bathroom & family room with kitchenette. This condo is attached to my home but is totally independant with private access. The condo is upstairs and accessible by a spiral staircase ( avoid large suitcase, may be challenging for some people) A large bedroom with a queen bed, an equiped kichen ( combined microwave/ oven), a bathroom ( large shower) and a living room with high ceiling. We follow cleaning recommendations. You can arrive anytime after check in time.PARKING is in the dead end street in front of my garden
