A lovely private space to relax and enjoy. This is the downstairs area of my home and is only used by guests. The living room is big and spacious, has a lovely sunny outlook in the morning, and has a picturesque view over Merewether to the ocean. The separate bedroom has a lovely comfortable queen bed with quality linen. The house is 5 mins (15 min walk) from Merewether beach and coffee shops, close to Glenrock lagoon and the Merewether ocean baths. Fantastic walking trails close by.

‘Little Kilgour’ Guest House is perfectly located between the spectacular coastline, the ‘Eat Street’ precinct in Darby Street and The Junction Village boutiques, shops and cafes, all within walking distance. It is only a 200m walk across Empire Park to the beach and a bit further along to great surf breaks and ocean baths. Walk along the Bather’s Way from Bar Beach to Merewether or up to the ANZAC Memorial Walk and into Newcastle city.

Situated at the bottom of a terrace house, overlooking one of the best surf breaks in Newcastle. The break is only 3 minutes from the studio. All linen and essentials are provided. Close to beach, shopping, restaurants and public transport.
