Our farm is close to Great Ocean Road Beaches, National Parks and Coastal towns such as Torquay, Anglesea and Barwon Heads. The tiny house created on the truck is an architectual delight. It is quite unique. Blue truck is situated on our beautiful biodynamic working farm with views of the green hills, creek and wetland. Horses, cows, ducks and chooks roam around and you are nestled in a peaceful tranquil wonderland of nature at it's best. My place is perfect for couples and families (with kids).

A 200 metre stroll to Jan Juc village and its eateries, hotel and general store, and just a few minutes more to Bird Rock look out, overlooking Jan Juc beach. A 5-7 minute drive to central Torquay or Bells Beach.

The apartment has a kitchenette, new queen size bed, bathroom and split system. You may meet Reggie - our beautiful kelpie rescue dog. Perfect for a couple and LGBTIQ+ friendly.

Winki Inn

The Winki Inn, located at the beginning of The Great Ocean Road is a secluded self-contained unit overlooking the famous Bells Beach. Built in the 70s, the newly renovated stone Inn, is the perfect place to enjoy the ships pass by on bass strait. The Winki Inn is walking distance of the Bells Beach surfing reserve and the clifftop costal track. The tranquil property is a five-minute drive from Torquay.

Compact Nook with Private Courtyard Entrance

Architecturally designed, this compact studio is 15 minutes walking distance from Jan Juc beach and shops with Torquay and Bells Beach only a short drive away. The studio is attached to the main house, but has its own private courtyard entrance with off-street parking right outside the front door. The perfect place for a short stay!
