The apartment, fully renovated, is very comfortable, quiet, and in a prime location next to St. Peter’s Basilica. Ideal for families or small groups who, at the end of the day, might also enjoy staying in: playing a board game, reading a book, or having a coffee on the balcony. The historic center and Trastevere are just a 10-min. walk away. In the lively neighborhood you'll find a theater, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, two hospitals, a police station, and covered parking.

It is located on the second floor of a private building from 1800's along with another apartment, (no lift!) few mins on foot from Coliseum in the heart of Monti.

L'appartamento è grazioso, costituito da una grande stanza matrimoniale, bagno con doccia ed una abitabile cucina (attrezzata in particolare di macchina da caffe vintage, bollitore, microonde e strumenti utili da cucina). Ha un ingresso indipendente ed un parcheggio gratuito adiacente all'abitazione. L’appartamento è al primo piano.

Colourful newly renovated apartment with a vibrant artistic atmosphere, only 2 minutes walking from Termini station and 5 minutes from Repubblica metro station. You will find everything you need during your stay: a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, washing machine and dish washer; a cozy bathroom with a big shower cabin; a large bedroom with a king size mattress; a sofa bed that can host 1 additional guest; air conditioning, TV and a working gramophone.

You have a bus station at the corner and there is a metro stop a 10 min walk from the apartment.
