I have been a sound engineer most of my life and have spent some fantastic recent summers restoring boats, sailing and keeping up with collegues from the music world . I studied Mindfulness and meditation and I have presently discovered and am enjoying a more peaceful, meditative lifestyle here in the Algarve,I can teach yoga if you ask me . After a life filled with exciting travels, it's wonderful to welcome other travelers from all over the world to the nature resort . . . looking forward…
