Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr guten Lage. Die Calle 38 ist einer der schönsten Strassen in Playa mit diversen guten Restaurants (unser Tipp: Amate 38 & Arcana). Direkt um die Ecke befindet sich ein grosser Lebensmittelladen. Das Apartement war sehr sauber, die Matratzen waren neu und eher hart (was uns sehr gepasst hat). Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet (Wasserkocher, Toaster, Blender, Pfannen, Töpfe etc.). Die Waschmaschine war einfach zu bedienen.

Die Kommunikation mit Stella war schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert.

Das Gebäude ist etwas hellhörig – wenn auf derselben Etage jemand spät nach Hause kam (was vorallem am Wochende vorkam), war das in einem Zimmer, das direkt mit dem Gang durch eine Türe verbunden war, deutlich zu hören.

Insgesamt war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder die Unterkunft von Stella wählen.

The condo was clean and nice. The kitchen is stocked with the basics needed for cooking. The coffee pot was not working right and I told the host, a new one was delivered same day. We enjoyed our stay it was half a block from 5th Ave. The biggest issue for people to be aware of is stairs and the pool is not friendly to people with bad knees. The elevator does go to the parking garage, so if you have a car it's great. There are about 7 stairs to get in the building from the street. The pool also has 5 or 6 stairs and there are no steps to get in or out of the pool. Overall it is a nice place close to lots of restaurants and bars.

Loved this place for it's location, the pool, and cleanliness and privacy. Great place and would stay here again. Great host!

La estancia en este Airbnb fue excelente. El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y bien equipado, con todos los detalles necesarios para una estadía cómoda. La ubicación es perfecta para explorar la zona, tranquila pero cerca de todo lo que necesitábamos. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y muy amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y dar recomendaciones locales. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo a otros viajeros que busquen una experiencia agradable y sin complicaciones.
