Host was very friendly and helpful throughout. Place was clean for the most part. Train tracks behind the house were very loud, train came by blaring the horn at 10:30pm and 4:30am. Mattresses in the master bedroom and “rose room” are not comfortable. Flooring is coming up in the master bedroom. Shower hinge was broken in the “ third bedroom.” Many outlets in the house did not work. Back yard is no longer like the pictures. Outdoor furniture was unusable when we stayed. There is only one comfortable seating option in the living room, the couch. There is not much to do in the town itself, locals called the area a “food desert.” Be prepared to travel for good food.

Jeremy was a great host! Very responsive and helped make our stay in Austin great. Walkable location to local eateries and very accessible to other parts of town.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was super clean and had plenty of space for the 5 of us. It’s so close to 6th street and all the bars and restaurants there but also close to fun activities. We’d recommend staying here!

Place was clean and walkable to many places in East Austin! Jeremy had very clear instructions and was very responsive. Would stay again!
