This is a convenient and clean place in a great location, the Oltrarno area in Florence. From the Santa Maria Novella train station, it's just a short walk. You'll find some of the best restaurants and artisans in Florence here without all the tourists. The apartment itself was very clean and provided us exactly what we needed each day. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.
