This is my go-to spot! As long as Tim is with AirBnB, he will be my first choice (if he’s not already booked)!

My sister and I loved the place and felt safe being there. Great little extras like teas and dry condiments.

This is a gem of a find, and Tim’s responsiveness to each and every inquiry made us feel well-looked-out-for.

Our first time in Sacramento and this spot was central to everything we’d want to do. We are walkers and everything was very walkable. Exactly like the pictures and we will definitely stay again if we ever make it back to Sac.

Tim’s place was clean, conveniently located in midtown, and was as described.

This was the perfect spot for my 5 day stay in Memphis.
Great location within walking distance of Overton Square shops and restaurants and Overton Park. I enjoyed morning walks at the park during my visit.
The apartment is clean, comfortable, and cute!
The host is very helpful and responsive.
I will be staying here again on my next visit!
