Room was exactly as advertised. Very conveniently located near Notre Dame. Walking distance to shopping, and services although the street can be very dark at night so unless you can navigate by starlight make sure you do your walking in the daytime. Nathan was very gracious and went out of his way to make arrangements for me at the last minute even though I was arriving late at night.
Shower head was nice and there was plenty of very hot water which I appreciate for my morning shave.

Nathan was unavoidably delayed, but he still made sure I was able to get in okay. When I came in for the evening there were linens ready to go.

Stayed overnight for one of the ND football games so I can't say I spent much time at the residence however the room and house were clean, easy to get to, and had a great view out the back window. Nathan was very accommodating with our arrival schedule and overall very easy to coordinate with. If I were to come back to South Bend again I would definitely look at staying here again.

I really liked the experience. the room has a cozy feeling and the home is located in a quiete road and has big trees. Very nice The host was really understanding of being a last minute booking and help us in any way possible to accomadate the request.
