Villa itself was clean, the air conditioning was insanely cold just what you need to stay comfortable in that hot bali weather.
Best location = close to everything you need.
We had a amazing team of cleaners everyday.
villa manager was very accomdating to anything we needed.
security guard was amazing.
pool cleaner and gardener were amazing.
The welcome we received when we checked in was by far the best experience we have ever had.
Thank you Susan for saving our holiday from the previous villa we were in. your the best.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Villa Dasa !
La villa est magnifique et très bien située, au calme mais proche de tout. Le personnel est adorable et toujours aux petits soins. Mention spéciale à Mangtri, notre chauffeur, qui a été formidable pour nous faire découvrir les alentours et les coutumes locales , un grand merci 🙏
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! 🌿

Ġimgħa 1 iluBrilliant place! We felt like we were at home and the place is immaculate! Novia and Ava couldn’t do more to help us and having security made us feel safe and secure! I have to say this place is the best place we have ever stayed at and we can’t wait to visit again!

Ġimgħa 1 iluOur family of four loved to stay at Susan's place - a tranquil oasis 4 min away by foot from the Palace and all of Ubud's great restaurants and shops. We felt at home, peaceful and well taken care of - great service and a fantastic holiday! Thank you Susan

The communication with Susan was great, we were 7 persons and we get a free pick up with 2 cars to the villa and from the villa to the airport✅,
I think I can't list all the nice things that we've get here, but the point is that you feel that the team makes a big efforts to live a top experience, and always be comfortable,
Our flight was a little bit late at evening, so we were thinking about extending another night just to avoid check out Time and add a couple of hours and that means extra budget, but fortunately the host was so easy with us, she gives us a late check out without any extra charges, this prove the hard work they did to satisfy their customers,
This was my second time in BALI, I'm sure that Susan's villas will be my 1st choice next trip, so I highly recommend it 🙏
