This was our 2nd time staying at François's place. The apartment is clean and comfortable and located in a great area of the city. Check-in and communication was easy. It's a great apartment. About a 8 min walk or so to the Laurier metro and plenty of restaurants, cafes, grocery, shops, BIXI stations close by. We also worked some while we were there - there's a desk as well as separate areas that can be closed off for more privacy. Would recommend for anyone visiting this wonderful city!

Clean modern corner-unit has great light and is well-appointed: durable stainless-steel pots and pans, and useful extras like drying rack and step ladder. Central location with easy bus lines to Atwater Market and Verdun neighborhood, and 15 min walk to Old Town.

François is an amazing host, super friendly, always very responsive and ready to help with anything. House is really nice, everything is updated, lots of room and I felt right at home for my extended stay. Great location, has the unique attribute of being within walking distance of necessities yet feeling very private, nestled a comfortable distance from it's quiet suburban street. A drive over the car bridge just five or so minutes away will bring you right into Montréal, never felt I was too far from the action, always just the right distance.
