Eva and Sid's place was fantastic. Highly recommend. I am an airbnb host myself and they do a great job as hosts. Great communication, wonderful & clean home, attention to detail with design and amenities. House is gorgeous and very comfortable. And the location and views of the Seattle skyline are special. Great walkable neighborhood (albeit with some hills, great to get your steps in!) with beautiful homes & neighborhood, nice restaurants and stores nearby, can walk to downtown and other areas of interest in the city. Loved my stay!

Overall, this was a great place for us to stay in while visiting Seattle. The location is close to amazing restaurants, groceries, events, and attractions. Parking was available on the street but sometimes it was a struggle to get a parking spot, especially at night, and so we had to park a bit further away from the house. On-site parking was not clearly marked and so there was confusion about where to park. House was in great condition and spotlessly clean. One of the sofas had a dislocated side arm and was only an issue when young kids were near it (fear of breaking). Kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were great. Floors were a bit squeaky and so you can hear folks walking upstairs when in bed. There was an issue with the water heater and we didn't have running hot water for a short while until we checked out. The movie room was accessible from the side but was not the cleanest as it had a musty smell. We didn't end up using it at all since it was difficult to get to in the rain.
