The apart. was very clean, AC worked well, instructions were clear, & location was central. However, the host was extremely rude. I booked this apartment at the recommendation of my daughter who stayed here in May and had a good experience. When it came to my turn, things were different. 1st she refused to stock toilet paper, a basic necessity listed as included in the listing. She gave the reason that my stay was "too long" and requested I buy my own. I have never experienced this in any other airbnb. But this was the least of my worries, as days later, without any proof, she accussed me of having extra people sleeping in the apart. Her message was demeaning, hostile and discriminatory, as she based her accusations on me being Dominican. It's a beautiful property but not worth staying here if they treat their customers like this. What was supposed to be a pleasant stay for my daughter's wedding turned into a nightmare, so I would recommend booking elsewhere if you value peace of mind

We had an amazing stay! The location was unbeatable. We were able to walk to most of the activities we did. Lots of galleries, restaurants, etc.. within just a few blocks. We felt very safe. Enjoyed the pool and the property is just beautiful. It was peaceful and quiet at night and had great security. Would 100% stay again.

This was my second stay at this beautiful apartment in the Colonial Zone of Santo Domingo, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the Colonial Zone, with excellent restaurants, cafes, and historic sites just steps away.

Check-in was seamless and easy, and the host was once again extremely responsive and attentive, making everything stress-free. The apartment itself has breathtaking courtyards and views that create a peaceful and serene atmosphere, even while being in the vibrant center of the city.

It’s the perfect balance of charm, comfort, and tranquility. I’ll definitely return on my next trip to Santo Domingo!
