First of all, staying on a boat in an Annapolis harbor was a very cool experience. Great location. The host communicated well and was very responsive. Interior of the boat was clean. Yet this experience was not without opportunity for improvement. It’s a 2008 boat and it needs some TLC. Some of the windows were missing shades entirely, or they were broken and didn’t work. The latch on one of the portholes was broken so it doesn’t seal. The kitchen was not well outfitted (i.e. there were no kitchen utensils to be found). There were linens for only one of the two sleeping areas. And bring your own pillow…those provided left a good bit to be desired. Lastly, the utility pedestal next to the boat had a water leak and was spraying water, so you constantly hear the sound of running water (no fault of the boat itself, but the owner needs to work with the marina to get this addressed).

Loved our stay. A perfect way to experience Annapolis.

Ryan’s boat was the perfect stay for me. The area was awesome and the boat perfectly maintained. Even if you aren’t a boater but want to experience life on a sailboat this is the perfect place. If I am back in the area I would stay on the My Studio again.
