Don't go to this place. The building's staff and residents are terrible - unkind, sometimes aggressive, and very entitled. There is too much money in this place, and that's all people care about. Also, despite the place being advertised as "business friendly", the internet was down for a week, and you will get told that "Internet isn't guaranteed".

Overall we had a good stay. The hotel staff was very nice and accomodating. The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing. City view on one side looks great at night with all the lights and ocean view on the other side is amazing during the day. One thing that was strange was that there was no seating on the patio so we had to walk to CVS to by some folding lawn chairs in order to be able to sit out and enjoy the view. The condition of the place was okay but not the same as the pictures in the listing. The pictures in the listing were clearly taken years ago because the living room furniture is old, and the bathroom floors are a bit grungy. Probably not so much dirty but just old. Either way the place could use a cosmetic update. The last thing is that while there are restaurants within walking distance of the hotel the selection is very limited. I did not see all the great shopping, restaurants and night life as described in the listing. There was one restaurant/bar that stayed open pretty late but that was it. There are a lot of nice places that are a short Uber ride away but don't expect to find a lot to do within walking distance of the hotel. Like I said overall good stay but there were a few areas for improvement and I didn't feel the listing was exactly representative of the actual condition of the place.
