Claudia's place is cool - I never met her but her housemates were very welcoming and helpful.

I would never stay at claudias again. The house was dirty. No one was expecting me to come . I didn't have the keys for the room , just the keys of the house . I didn't have a towel. There where cucaraches on the countertop of the kitchen. A mess. I already said to Claudia that I was arriving at 2 am but the night before she told me that they couldn't host me that night so I had to book another airbnb if I didn't want to stay in the street. Um I guess that the sheets of the bed where clean, I say I guess cause the bed was made but disorganised . Well idk just a real mess. Don't recommend anyone to stay unless they want to have a bad experience

I didn't get to know Claudia very well, but had an awesome time with her roomates, really nice and cool people. The loft is beautiful and comfortable.

The location is really convenient. The roommates are warm and welcoming. They really make you feel like it is your apartment too. Claudia is very responsive, and does a great job staying on top your needs. I would say this place is ideal for shorter term travelers who want to spend a lot of time outside of their room. However, it's completely acceptable for a longer stay as long as you don't mind sharing space with the housemates.
