We traveled as a family of 11 ages ranging from 10 to 83. The house is amazing, and did exactly what we needed it to do. There are 4 floors here and what can be a lot of steps, but when you consider the number of beds, the pool area and its amenities, the compromise is a no brainer. This was our 3rd location in Costa Rica, and after a number of excellent tours around the country, we were amazed to find the wildlife that surrounded the house. Every morning we had all the monkeys of CR sited Capuchins, Howlers and Spider, plus, Toucans, Macaws, and leaf cutter ants. So much to watch and enjoy. The beach is a short drive away and so chill and laid back. Restaurants are an easy walk or drive if you choose. The view at LaPapillon is unreal by the way. Every bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, washer dryer, and common area is perfect for what a family needs. If you need to get away from your loved ones, you can easily and reconvene refreshed!
