I booked the Airbnb for a short family trip to the Georgia Aquarium. It is located right around the corner for the Aquarium and everything else located downtown such as the Mercedes Benz stadium, Coke Cola place, etc. It has a nice large living room area with plenty of room to lounge around. The outside lounge area with the swings was nice to hang out on during the day. The backyard looked to be large enough to have a cookout or gathering in but, we did not use it since we were only staying the night. The only issue we had was the address listed in the Airbnb email confirmation was different from the address the host sent in the Airbnb message center. My sister in-law placed a food delivery going by the address sent in the Airbnb email confirmation which did not make it to us since the address was incorrect. I contacted the host to let them know of the issue and they addressed the concern promptly. The host did mention that they have notified Airbnb of the address issue before and Airbnb has not corrected it as of yet. Other than that the place is decent for the price and the host is very responsive. The only concern would be the neighborhood the house is located within which is understand due to its location.
