Upon arrival, it was unclear which hobbit house was ours. There was another party who was also confused. I messaged the host but it took her until 2 hours after check-in to respond. The house had lots of spider webs and a wasps nest in the door frame. Didn’t even stay the night.

I am still waiting on a refund. I booked a single and it was worked and had a hole open at the bottom. Imagine if I stay a big raccoon or possum would’ve ended up in bed with me. I was given another one that did not have a lock well it wasn’t able to be locked. Maintenance upkeep is needed and then I was offered another location that was near off by the water that was very secluded and that’s not what I chose to book. I did not pick that location because I did not want that location and I told her I wanted a refund. it’s been a week and I haven’t yet to receive a refund. I want my money back
