Great place, and Kevin was very communicative!

I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 night stay at Kevin's! The space was bright, airy, comfortable and clean. It was set on a lot that had plenty of space for my dog to stretch his legs and explore. Super close to both Main Street in Madison and the beach. It was a quiet getaway and I highly recommend. I will be back!

We had a great stay. The house was spotlessly clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed.
The location was perfect — in a quiet neighborhood with a nice walk to the beach. Kevin was accommodating, quick to respond, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay.

We had a very enjoyable short stay at Kevin's place. The carriage house was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and accurately described and pictured. Its location was extremely close to Hammonasset Beach and the nearby walking trail, and centrally located to great restaurants and grocery stores. The large yard was also very private and relaxing. I would not hesitate to return for a longer stay when back in Madison.
