My family and I were very disappointed with this space. We’re a down-to-earth, flexible group (and hesitant to write bad reviews), but we found the villa to be misrepresented and previous reviews surprising. The living spaces were dirty, run down, and smelled very musty. A chunk of ceiling plaster fell down while my son was showering and broke over the toilet. His bed had long dark hairs in it as did the shower wall. Most issues seemed to stem from a lack of upkeep, rather than ware and tear you’d expect from an older building: grimy walls, peeling paint, stained couches, duct tape over half of the faucet on a cracked sink, a bucket catching water under a leaky ceiling... (we have photos). Both showers were cold. The most frustrating part is that this was nearly double the cost of the nicest Airbnb we stayed at during our time in Cusco. On the positive end, I will say that the place offers beautiful views out back and that the hosts were easy to communicate with. Complete disappointmMr

Great spot in a marina that was so cool to be in. Free kayaks and next to a great restaurant with a quiet neighborhood. Super helpful hosts.
