This was walkable (1 mile or less) to a bunch of restaurants and TQL stadium which was important. The driveway to parking lot is VERY steep and a little sketchy to someone not familiar to area, but street parking was readily available.

The place was good for a long weekend, but missing items that would be needed if there longer than a couple nights. There's ovenware but no potholders. We were told to do dishes, but we had less than a teaspoon of dish soap and no dish towel. (We made it work.) The side screens for window AC was not flush with unit which let in some bugs. A couple of electrical outlets were missing cover plates so definitely would be a safety issue with kids.

I know that's a bunch of concerns, but it didn't have a significant impact on our stay and we didn't feel it necessary to reach out to host about them. Overall, more economical and convenient than getting a hotel.

It not at all luxurious as advertised. The kitchen had the barest essentials and a coffee pod machine with only three pods and no way to use the ground coffee we brought. In one bedroom there was not a single closet, cabinet or wardrobe to hang up any clothes. We had to resort to the floor and second for folded clothes and hanging things on the TV. The other bedroom was the same except it did have a closet you could hang clothes in. So many things were broken: a majority of the shades on the windows were broken, the shower door fell out of its tracks several times, the handle fell off the shower, one bedside light didn’t work (we asked Joel to fix it and he did), one of the kitchen chairs is broken, all of the mirrors in the place were on the floor and not hung up, one of the hallway rugs was of such poor quality that its edges curled and was a trip hazard.

Great location to walk to cool downtown spots. Comfortable beds, hot shower with good water pressure. Easy to get in and out, first floor unit. Parking easy on the street right nearby. Joel responded bery quickly when we reached out about an early check-in issue.

This is a very cozy and spacious place to stay if in town! Everything was great. Great proximity to the Ballpark! I did knock it down 1 star due to cleanliness issues. The ceiling fan was absolutely covered in ancient dust. There is no bathroom fan, if you are sharing the space, you can imagine the issue. Also I could tell by the bathroom sink the last person shaved. Everything else was excellent! Just not perfect!
