Unsafe, unclean, and disappointing stay - no refund provided
My experience with this property was extremely disappointing and far below Airbnb’s standards for safety, cleanliness, and accuracy.
When I arrived, the apartment was unclean, which was already frustrating. However, the most serious issue occurred when I became locked out on the balcony for nearly two hours due to a broken door lock. I had to get help from construction workers and building security to get back inside. This was a frightening and unsafe situation that left me anxious for the rest of my stay.
The host (Deluxe) was fully aware of what happened but did not offer meaningful help or any follow-up. The listing also made no mention that the balcony was unsafe or unusable, and after the incident, I couldn’t use it at all because of pigeon droppings and an ongoing mess, making it completely uncomfortable and unhygienic. I couldn’t even step outside for fresh air or smoke as expected based on the listing.
