Settembru 2025Location was incredible... steps to the beach! The condo served its purpose but it is in serious need of some updates and could definitely be cleaner. Even just the smallest updates would make such a huge difference. We did run into a slight issue at check in but Gary was very responsive and helpful

Awwissu 2025Gary's condo is an excellent trade-off between being right on the sand and paying a fortune. It is 1/2 block off the beach with beach and ocean views from both balconies, but more afforable than other listings. Nice, walkable neighboorhood with a park-like setting. The 3-story condo really worked well for our family and our brown lab. Comfortable and clean. We will be back.

Lulju 2025Great place to stay close to the beach! We were able to check in early, especially since we came with our new six-year-old rescue pup. It was nice to have somewhere to take her out of the heat.
We had a lovely stay over the Fourth of July!

April 2025The house was great for our purpose, to crash while working on a local mural and a place where one of us could stay and enjoy with our dog, who loved the stairs. It's an amazing location next to the beach and nice amenities, but the furniture and pillows could use a refresh- the outdoor furniture especially. We took a beautiful sunset walk one night to Ox and Ocean with our pup who was also welcomed and offered a bowl for water while we had dinner on the patio. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and Gary made everything- check in and check out easy.
