It is a nice, well-decorated place that is close to the Toyota Music Factory. It's a 15 minute walk to the pavilion, which is less time than it takes to drive and park.

The location of the apartment is perfect if you are in town for a show or the convention center - within walking distance.

Mae was great to work with and responded very quickly! Her assistant Laurendia was very polite.

Upon check-in, it was apparent the apartment had not been thoroughly cleaned (plastic cup/trash on the floor, floor/carpet obviously un-vacuumed, bathroom was very dirty, didn’t seem like the bed sheets had been cleaned). Nothing unbearable but small things that made us a bit uncomfortable.

It would have been nice to know which essentials were/weren’t provided. Knowing that would have helped us be better prepared.

Last thing is that parking can be challenging. The only way into the parking garage is to wait for others to enter and follow. Majority of parking in front is unavailable.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This home is beautiful and Mae was easy to reach and communicate with. The home has everything you need and more to have a comfortable stay. I like all the decor and small touches as well. I highly recommend it!
