The property is located inside Atami which is a private residential, there is a club and a nice restaurant on a cliff with an spectacular view of the ocean named "Pelicanos" inside Atami, there are various little stores within the neighborhood where you can buy things like water, ice, drinks, candy, snacks, batteries and things like that.

The house itself has a partial view of the ocean, there are other properties in the neighborhood that cover most of the ocean view from this property, nothing the owners can do about it.

The house has 3 rooms and 3 restrooms, the kitchen is separated from the main house, overall the property needs a lot of love, the walls are dirty with stains and need fresh paint, there are cockroaches and small spiders in the rooms and there is a bad smell coming out from the showers and bathrooms, while sleeping at night we felt little bugs in the beds, the fridge in the kitchen is corroded, for all this reasons we felt this place is way OVERPRICED!
