This house was fine for what we needed. Jessica was communicative and the place is as described in the photos and listing. It is stocked (maybe overstocked) in the kitchen and is close to town of Beacon and other areas to visit. While it was clear it had been cleaned before our visit, it seemed only surface level clean (dog hair and dust bunnies under all the furniture) and there were several broken fixtures (faucets, towel rods, etc) that affected the feel of the house.

Great place and great host. Exactly as pictured. The fenced front yard was perfect for letting our dog run and explore.

I wanted to find a place a local place to stay as I was moving my daughter to the area. I couldn't be more impressed with the kindness Audrey provided. She ensured I had everything I needed and gave me amazing ideas for what to do in the area. I love being able to control the temperature when I sleep. There was a room thermostat and a ceiling fan as well! The bed was soft and comfy. I slept well, and I don't normally when away from home. It is quiet at night and you can hear the cicadas. All in all, magical place to stay and I am grateful to Audrey for making my stay amazing.
