Très bien placé, parking payant à côté mais gratuit le dimanche.
Nous avons passé une nuit car nous sommes partis avant la fin du séjour au vu de la météo ..
tout est à proximité du logement surtout l’accès rapide au lac et au vieil Annecy.
L’immeuble été en travaux extérieur mais ce n’est que passagé.
Logement bien rangé propre et confortable. Le lit est confort et les draps et serviettes sentent très bon.
Logement idéal pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants.

The apartment is absolutely amazing loved the place. Location is incredible very close to everything you desire in the heart of old town. Space is huge considering old town. Will definitely book again if visiting Annecy.
Note: Shower needs some attention no pressure what so ever. Apartment was very clean but unfortunately very dusty floors. Make sure you bring your slippers along.

This is a great little place in the heart of Annecy. Great location and suitable for a couple... perhaps with a child. Of course 4 young people could handle it as 2 of the places are sofa like chaises that are comfortable enough to sleep on but not really beds. The shower is great, kitchen good, bedroom nice and bed comfortable. It is weird that the toilet is at the opposite end of the Apt to the Shower which is in the bedroom suite but workable. Stairs are steep an windy for anyone with mobility issues or perhaps senior people. All in all a great place. Will stay again.

Wonderful spot away from the busy section of town but a very short walk from all the markets/shops etc.
