History lesson on tequilas chosen and taught me liquor tasting. I loved looking at the lines to see how proof worked and learning how tequila should look. The tacos were good! Please note to eat the taco before trying it with the drink 😅

We had a wonderful experience at the Mezcal tasting. Our host was friendly and knowledgeable and we quickly learned a lot about how Mezcal is made. The Mezcal flavors were unique and helped to build a perspective on the different approaches to making it. In addition the cheese accompaniment enriched the experience of tasting the different batches. Not to mention, the food we ordered afterwards was delicious. Altogether I would recommend this experience to tequila and mezcal enthusiasts or anyone who wants to learn something new while having a fun time.
