Some of the fastest response time I have experienced from a host. Any issue was resolved very quickly and host was flexible and helpful.

Um final de semana nesta casa e adoramos a experiência, casa muito linda igual as fotos apresentadas no sit , muito espaçosa ,muito limpa , todos utensílios necessários na cozinha , um SPA que realmente funciona e uma piscina aquecida maravilhosa, a vista da piscina foi uma grata surpresa . Ótima localização , próxima aos parques e próximo a supermercados , lojas e restaurantes . Com certeza vamos voltar a alugar essa casa !!

Wonderful villa , lovely spot over looking the lake , modern furniture in all the rooms , the settee maybe needs to be replaced soon , the cushions were dirty and scruffy, they need to to replaced and could have been washed the covers were dirty. One thing wasn’t I wasn’t happy with is that in the main onsuite bedroom the bottom cover of the bed sheet was stained /dirty which I thought was unacceptable, obviously I washed it when I saw it and it was clean then , but all I can think
Is that they put a dirty sheet back on the bed was isn’t acceptable, other than that it was a a modern villa , we did have a issue twice with the aircon that it was too hot , but i messaged them and had a very quick response maintenance came the same day and it was sorted. Thank you . Sian and Simon
