Highly recommend! Chef Adrien's multi-course meal was delightful - as well as his friendly and professional personality.
Our group ranged from a toddler (3.5 years) to grandparents (80+ years) and Chef Adrien's food was a hit for everyone. While every course was thoughtful, creative, and delicious, the super stand-out winner was the 'pea-mousse tart' adorned with edible flowers. My toddler inhaled it while doing a happy dance in his chair (and it was the first time finishing his veggies!) while the rest of us loved the visual playfulness and taste.
Know that for every plate there was some kind of joyful discovery -- from high quality meats (ham and wild duck), varied cheeses, a melange of veggies, to the yummy (and beautiful) fresh mango and pineapple-embellished pistacho mouse pavlova. Très délicieux!
Thanks to Chef Adrien's culinary craft, we were able to delectably host our family visiting from the US - a truly unique and memorable all around.
