For my family, this place was perfect. It was small and old, some of the doors didn’t shut very well, and there wasn’t a lock for the bedroom or shower room. But we still had a great time because it was right by the park in the beach, and walking distance to the Newport pier. Plenty of towels for us. Loved the porch area too.

Loved that this house was right by a playground. The beach was great, and being able to walk back and forth was the main reason we booked it. It was spacious inside and the porch had a great seating area and grill that we used each night.

We had a blast staying at this place! Being right on the beach, the location is incredible and the energy of the house and area felt really good.

Host was fast to reply and very communicative whenever we needed help. The unit is quaint but super cute and was just right for 2 people. We would definitely stay here again—you cannot beat the location with the beach and boardwalk 10 steps away…
