Good host

Good apartment and very well priced. The bed was very comfortable and the location is close to a lot of nice restaurants and bars in Tay Ho. There wasn't much sunlight though which is fine if you're just visiting Hanoi and will be out most of the day. There was also an issue with the window next to the bed where it wouldn't close properly so a lot of noise from the street would leak in. Apart from those two points, I am very satisfied with my stay.

Overall, we were satisfied with this one-week stay. The location is fantastic and the apartment is comfortable.

One significant note, especially for solo travelers: the electronic lock codes were very predictable; these should be randomized for security. There is also no deadbolt on the interior, so if someone knows the code they can access the apartment at any time. We had no issues, but this was concerning and made us uncomfortable.

Other notes: the unit was not well stocked. We arrived to find just the last bit of the roll of toilet paper remaining, and had to go buy more immediately after arrival. There were no kitchen towels and no silverware - there were a few bowls and we would have been able to cook in a pinch, but the kitchen isn't really stocked for food preparation. It would also have been nice to have a simple broom or vacuum available to sweep up.

The TV was great, the couch and bed were comfortable, the WiFi was good, and the unit was reasonably clean and quiet.

I booked a place with a bathtub but the hot water was not running. Manager didn’t reply my message during my stay. After I checked out manager was replying. Location is ok
