As someone born and raised in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, I grew up surrounded by the sights, sounds, and aromas of Vietnamese cuisine.
My grandparents, seasoned chefs, taught me the secrets of local flavors and the soulful art of Vietnamese coffee. Years of traveling and exploring have only deepened my love and understanding of our food culture.
