Paul has a beautiful home and was very responsive and flexible with the check in/out process. He was able to provide us with whatever we needed and the home was clean and very welcoming. Home was also located near the beach and conveniently located to Gaslamp! Would definitely stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful stay. The place was spacious and there was plenty of room for the seven adults and newborn. I appreciated the dining room table as we all gathered there for meals and it led to fun conversations. The rooms were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our belongings. The area was reasonably quiet (except for the planes- which we are used to when ever we visit Ocean Beach.) We felt safe and we enjoyed the numerous just around the corner from the house. We hope to visit again should it be available the next time we visit San Diego.

House was nice and comfortable
but the noice from the airplanes was extremely loud and was difficult to have a good night's sleep. we were woken at 6:00am every day. We wanted to sleep a little late but it was not possible. Also not having AC on a heat wave weekend was also very uncomfortable but we managed. The worst thing was the noise. Other than that it was a nice
house.

We enjoyed our stay at Mike and Paul’s home! Listing is accurate. Location is central, lots of restaurants and bars and beach close. Clean and has everything you need. Planes can be bothersome but are mitigated by closing windows.
