The location was excellent as it was easy to walk into Hastings old town and St Leonards. Tom and Liv left loads of recommendations and the flat was really sweet and nice to be in.

Great place, just like the pictures! The ocean is visible from the bed itself! That was one of our concerns! Location is great! 10-15 min walk from both the stations and right next to the bus stop. Kitchen is fully stocked and clean making it super easy to cook up a meal if you want. Host was kind enough to let us drop our bags downstairs after checkout till we left the city that evening!
