I have had wonderful experiences with all my previous hosts, but this was by far the rudest and most unprofessional one I have encountered.

When I politely asked about a laundry basket, the host responded with, “Are you serious?” and accused me of winding her up—an unnecessary and disrespectful reaction. After reporting that Netflix and Sky weren’t working due to unpaid subscriptions, she ignored all my messages for the remainder of my stay.

The apartment itself was stuffy, with stained stairs and poor airflow. The layout was unusual, including a mirror placed directly above the toilet with no nearby plug. The soap dispenser was nearly empty and should have been refilled before check-in. Additionally, an iron listed in the amenities was missing, and I had to repeatedly follow up with the host to have it provided.

The only positive was the convenient location near shops. Given the price, the overall experience was disappointing, and the host’s attitude made the stay uncomfortable.

This is a really nice flat with everything needed for a few days break in London. The location is great as it's really easy to get into central London and the amenities in the local area are really good. Once you're away from the main road at the top of the street the residential areas are nice and peaceful, so it was a good place to relax after a busy day. Really enjoyed our stay here.
