The place is super convenient, we had the best time skiing at Kirkwood! Since it is on the first floor, all we had to do is walk out and ski! Everything was clean and neat. The kids had a relaxing time in the house after a day of skiing. There isn't much sound proof tho, we can hear the neighbors clearly. But neighbors were respectful of their noise so we didn't have a problem at all. Would definitely stay again next time!
