I was in Boulder for a mix of meetings and relaxation and stayed at Carol’s place the entire time. The best quality of her place is its location, on a quiet street, and just a 10-15 min walk from Pearl St and lots of great cafes, shops and restaurants. It’s a spacious apartment with a comfortable bed and a decently stocked kitchen.

My biggest issue was with the lack of privacy. The apartment is essentially the bottom level of Carol’s house, which means you can hear everything above, including footsteps, coughing, the TV and running water. Also, it’s not self check-in as advertised and so I had to coordinate with Carol to get the key and instructions, which was inconvenient. All in all, though, it was a good stay and a good time in Boulder.

Wonderful spot - close to downtown and CUBoulder. It was a great place to land after a day of hiking or exploring Boulder. Very quiet and we loved the wildlife! Carol was very responsive and helpful with suggestions around the area. We appreciated the cozy living room and having a washer/dryer to use was really helpful. Would gladly stay here again!

Carols place was extremely cozy, comfortable, and relaxing for our stay in Boulder. The location was great for someone who wants to be close to town, but not right in the hussle of it all. It was maybe a 15 minute walk to a coffee shop through the beautiful mapleton neighborhood. Comfortable living spaces and appliances. We would definitely stay here again!
