This was not your typical reservation ie: "Go on vacation and find a cool place to stay." This reservation was for my daughter who had just moved to Chicago for a job and needed accommodations until her permanent residence was established. And she needed a place fast!! Well...this is where Grant steps in. What a rock star host! He always responded quickly and he was extremely helpful, which was a blessing given the urgency of the situation. My daughter felt welcomed, safe and completely comfortable. Grants communication and flexibility were tremendous. I would absolutely book with him again.

Great location with a very kind host. Grant was an attentive host and made sure we were properly accommodated. He even checked up on us to make sure we were okay. His space is large and was more than enough room for my friend and I. Although we hardly used the space (just to sleep and leave our stuff) it was enough to take care of all our needs. I would highly recommend to stay on a Sunday. The pop up farmer's market has lovely local fare and lots of delicious food. This space was very close to the blue line and in a safe area.

Grant made us feel very welcome and helped us with questions we had about the city.
